Recruitment Video Process

Twiin Media believes that one of our most important assets is our production process. By following a tested and proven process, we're confident that the project objectives will be achieved in the shortest time with consistent results. We follow this general process to most accurately depicting your company’s culture.

1. Initial Meeting

We ask questions via a virtual conference call to understand the scope, desired message and time frame of your needs.

2. Research & Creative

We accumulate information including locations, key interviews, contacts and graphics. We determine if surrounding perks are needed to be captured near your location such as restaurants, bike paths, gyms, etc. We also provide Recruitment Video samples for inspiration.

3. Pre-production

Once locations are determined we do an on-site tour within one week of shoot. We then create a shot list of key points of interest, determine staging and interview locations. This will allow ample time for any organization or clean up needed. In addition, we ask for any unique areas that must be captured.

A day schedule is then approved that will capture everything needed for the video edit.

4. Production

Lights, camera, action! This is the fun part. Using our state-of-the-art cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and drones, we capture your company’s best assets.

Upon arrival, we do a quick inspection of all locations. We capture all interviews and architectural highlights along with as much natural moments with employees throughout the day. If working remote is important to your company, we like to capture some Zoom call footage as well.

5. Post-production / editing

This is where we really shine. After getting the shots, we bring them to life. We select the key natural moments that capture the soul of your company. When music, laughter, and emotions are captured, the feeling is special. And your future candidates are moved.

6. Revisions & Delivery

We post online the initial edit where you can easily review and markup. We're not going to stop until you're satisfied. Once you are satisfied, we will deliver the videos in the formats that work best for your web content provider.

We provide all assets captured on a provided hard drive for your future needs.

Timeline: We can provide our first edit within two weeks from the day of the shoot!
